I attempted to look if there was an issue submitted on the Connect web site and wasn't able to find it to vote on for a hopefully faster resolution timeline. I like your workaround substantially better than support's :). Just wanted to let everyone know that Mario's solution appears to be working and is easy to fix vs. creating a new integration! They told me the only workaround was to break the integrations into smaller files or to try to use the eConnect Adapter as this wouldn't happen with eConnect. My login was changed when we installed and it works fine. The person having issues was still using the ribbons. I am a power user and we thought maybe it was something to do with the security, but no changes to that helped either.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5285970135510371565.post-87453148887670428962014-08-26T23:26:33.735-04:002014-08-26T23:26:33.735-04:00@Bill and @Cindy,

As it turned out, the new GP 2013 R2 ribbons seam to cause IM to go whacky. Under User Preferences, switch the Window Command Display option to Menu Bar. You can then log out of GP and log back in, which should switch the UI.

Try running your integration once more and this should take care of the problem.

MG.-
Mariano GomezMariano Gomezhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13267738662239812289noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5285970135510371565.post-49662781247508752752014-08-22T07:38:17.604-04:002014-08-22T07:38:17.604-04:00Cindy,

I fix my source file by getting rid of the ones that are importing just fine and then start again, and I get to 572 items again and it fails. So, I have a 19,000 item spreadsheet that is taking me forever to get imported into GP. It seems weird that it works for 572 and then I get the error: "The following problem was encountered during destination uninitialization: -Exception from HRESULT: 0x0020001.
